Aims & Scope
Advances in Crop Science and Agronomy Research (ACSAR) is an international, interdisciplinary journal focusing on the latest research and advancements in crop science and agronomy, the journal emphasizes innovative research addressing modern agriculture's challenges, including crop productivity, sustainability, and climate change adaptation. It is published quarterly online by Scilight Press.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
Pest Biology and Management: Research on pest ecology, non-chemical approaches, pesticide efficacy, and integrated pest management involving weeds, diseases, insects, nematodes, vertebrates, etc.
Nutrient Management: Studies on fertilizer use efficiency and integrated nutrient management.
Water Management: Strategies for improving water use efficiency and combating water scarcity.
Agronomic Practices: Innovations in crop rotation, intercropping, conservation agriculture, and regenerative agriculture.
Precision Agriculture: Utilization of sensors, drones, and remote sensing technologies.
Climate Change and Agronomy: Research on adaptation and mitigation strategies in agronomy.
Agronomic Modeling: Predictive modeling of pest infestations, crop growth, yield, and environmental impacts.
Post-Harvest Technologies: Innovations in storage, processing, and quality preservation of crops.
ACSAR is committed to disseminating cutting-edge research that advances scientific understanding and provides practical solutions to the global challenges of modern agriculture. The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, perspectives, opinion articles, and short communications that meet high standards of scientific rigor and relevance to the field. Manuscripts must be grammatically correct, and experiments must have been repeated over time or across locations.
